Terms and Conditions for 2bat Platform Users

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and 2bat (the platform operator). By registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets or using any service offered by 2bat, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any provision set out in these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately and contact support to close your account. Continued use of the platform after any changes to these Terms implies acceptance of the updated version.

These Terms apply to all sections of the platform including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live casino, promotions and loyalty programmes.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use the 2bat platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. 2bat reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts found to belong to users under 18 will be closed immediately with all funds forfeited.

• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming and sports betting activities under the laws of your country of residence.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of 2bat complies with local laws and regulations in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction from which you access the platform.
• Employees of 2bat, their immediate family members, and persons otherwise connected with the operation of the platform are not eligible to register accounts or claim promotions.
• You confirm that you are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

2bat does not claim any licence, regulatory approval or official endorsement from any government or regulatory body in Pakistan. Use of the platform is entirely at your own risk and discretion.

3. Account Registration & Rules

One account per person. Each user is permitted to register and operate only one account on the 2bat platform. Creating multiple accounts (also known as duplicate accounts or multi-accounting) is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact details and any other information required during the registration process. You must keep this information updated and notify 2bat immediately if any details change.

• Username and password: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. Any activity conducted through your account will be considered your responsibility.
• Account security: If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact support immediately via live chat.
• Account closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Outstanding balances will be returned to you after any active bonuses are forfeited and pending bets are settled.
• Inactive accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. An administrative fee of PKR 500 per month may be charged on dormant accounts with a positive balance.

4. Deposits & Payment Methods

2bat accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards, credit cards and selected mobile wallets. The availability of each method may vary and is shown at the time of deposit.

All deposits must originate from a payment source in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits made using another person's payment method) are strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be using third-party payment methods will be suspended and funds may be withheld pending investigation.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed clearly during the deposit process, typically starting from PKR 200.
• 2bat does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1–5 minutes. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference.
• Currency conversion is not applicable as all transactions are processed in PKR.

Deposits cannot be reversed once credited to your account. If you believe a deposit was made in error, contact support immediately before using the funds.

5. Withdrawals & Processing Times

You may request a withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in these Terms. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit unless otherwise agreed with support.

• Minimum withdrawal: PKR 500 for JazzCash and Easypaisa; PKR 1,000 for bank transfer and card withdrawals.
• Maximum withdrawal: PKR 500,000 per transaction. Higher amounts may be processed in multiple instalments.
• Processing time: Verified accounts with no active bonuses typically see withdrawals processed within 2 hours for JazzCash and Easypaisa, 24–48 hours for bank transfer.
• Verification requirement: First-time withdrawals require identity verification. You must submit a copy of your CNIC or passport and proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months). Withdrawals will be held until verification is complete.
• Bonus wagering: If you have an active bonus or free spins, you must complete the wagering requirement before requesting a withdrawal, or forfeit the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

2bat reserves the right to request additional documentation or conduct further checks before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where fraud or bonus abuse is suspected.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

2bat offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are stated clearly on the promotion page at the time the offer is made.

Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise. A wagering requirement specifies the amount you must wager before bonus funds or winnings from bonus funds can be withdrawn. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must wager PKR 30,000 before withdrawal is permitted.

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Duplicate accounts, bonus abuse and coordinated play to exploit promotions will result in bonus forfeiture and account closure.
• Game contribution toward wagering varies by game type. Slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games 10–20%, and some games may be excluded entirely. Check the bonus terms for the specific promotion.
• Maximum bet limits apply when playing with bonus funds, typically PKR 500 per spin or bet. Exceeding the maximum bet may void the bonus and any winnings.
• Bonuses expire after a set period (typically 7–30 days). Any unused bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited upon expiry.
• You may opt out of receiving bonuses at any time by contacting support or adjusting your account preferences.

2bat reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Abuse of bonuses or promotional offers may result in the confiscation of bonus funds and closure of your account.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on 2bat are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring that your bet details are correct before confirming. 2bat will not cancel or amend bets after confirmation except in cases of obvious technical error or where the integrity of the event has been compromised.

• Casino games: All casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair outcomes. Game results cannot be altered or reversed once a round is complete.
• Sports betting: All bets are settled according to the official result of the event as determined by the relevant governing body. If an event is postponed, bets remain valid if the event takes place within 48 hours; otherwise bets are voided and stakes returned.
• Live betting: In-play bets are subject to rapid odds changes. A bet is only accepted once you receive on-screen confirmation. Delays in transmission or display may result in bets being rejected if odds have moved significantly.
• Voided bets: Bets may be voided and stakes returned in cases of obvious pricing error, technical malfunction, match-fixing allegations or other circumstances beyond the platform's control.
• Maximum winnings: 2bat reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on certain bet types or events. These limits are stated in the sportsbook rules and on individual markets where applicable.

Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, engage in collusion with other players or otherwise act in bad faith will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and potential legal action.

8. Responsible Gaming

2bat is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help you stay in control. Online gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a way to make money or solve financial problems.

Responsible gaming tools available to all players:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately; increases to limits are delayed by 24 hours.
• Loss limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose over a given period.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play to remind you to take a break.
• Cool-off period: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. You will not be able to log in during this period.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your account for a minimum of 6 months. This action cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

2bat reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, underage gambling or any other reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the platform.

Reasons for suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Operating multiple accounts or allowing others to access your account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or other illegal purposes.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions through coordinated or automated play.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile or exploit platform software.
• Engaging in offensive, abusive or threatening behaviour toward staff or other players.

If your account is closed for breach of Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. If your account is closed for reasons not related to fraud or abuse, your balance will be returned to you after deduction of any outstanding fees or charges.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

2bat respects your privacy and handles your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal information as described in that policy.

Your personal data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, comply with legal obligations and communicate with you about your account and promotional offers. We do not sell your data to third parties.

11. Changes to Terms

2bat reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes may also be communicated via email or account notification.

Continued use of the platform after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the platform and close your account.
